Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of purchase.*

Your exchange will be processed once your return shipment is in-transit to our fulfillment center. This will speed up the time in which your product will arrive.

We will cover the shipping cost of sending your new product back to you.


Return Policy

Provided the product has not been washed, worn or damaged, we'll accept your return within 7 days of purchase (shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item).*

Once the return arrives at our fulfillment center, it will take 3 - 5 business days for the refund to process.

Alternatively, store credit will be processed and issued once your return shipment is in-transit to our fulfillment center. A faster way to receive credit back.

  • Time - All customers have seven (7) business day to request a refund.
  • Method of refund - All refunds will be issued with the same form of payment used, store credit, anything else.
  • Product condition - The item be new in unopened or like new in order to return the item, damaged items will not be refunded.

  • Charges, if any - Please take notice that all customers must pay a 30% restocking fee for refunds.
